Welcome to Jamakin' Dream at 3 Jamaica, nestled on beautiful Key Allegro Island in Rockport, Texas! This inviting home is just minutes from downtown Rockport and Fulton, with easy access by golf cart and close to local restaurants, shops, fishing, beaches, and coastal attractions. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Roku streaming are provided to keep you connected and entertained throughout your stay.
Whether you're planning a family vacation, fishing trip, or a relaxing coastal getaway, Jamakin' Dream has been thoughtfully furnished with comfort, convenience, and families in mind.
This spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to eight (8) guests. From young children to grandparents, you'll find amenities that make traveling together easy and enjoyable.
The fully equipped kitchen has been designed with convenience in mind and features a dishwasher, microwave, and a combination drip and pod Keurig coffee maker. The open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas showcase soaring vaulted ceilings and abundant natural light, creating a warm and welcoming gathering space. The dining table seats six, with additional seating for three at the kitchen island. For family meals, extra stackable dining chairs are conveniently stored in the upstairs bedroom, allowing everyone in your group to gather comfortably around the table. After a day of exploring the Texas coast, relax in the comfortable living room and stream your favorite shows on the Roku Smart TV.
The primary suite is located on the lower level and features vaulted ceilings and double doors opening onto the deck. It includes a queen-size bed, Roku Smart TV, comfortable reading chair, and ample drawer space. The ensuite bathroom offers a spacious tiled walk-in shower, private water closet, and a convenient laundry area with a washer and dryer.
Upstairs, the second bedroom features a queen-size bed, bedside tables, and wardrobe. Also on the upper level is the bunk room, thoughtfully designed for younger guests with books, toys, and games. (Please note there is no television in this room.) A Pack 'n Play is also available for families traveling with little ones. These two bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The fourth bedroom is a private apartment-style suite on the lower level with its own separate entrance. It includes a queen-size bed, desk area, Roku Smart TV, dresser, and coffee station with a Keurig coffee maker. The attached bathroom features a walk-in sauna/shower, providing the perfect place to unwind after a day on the water.
The outdoor spaces are just as inviting. The open garage has been transformed into a fun entertainment area featuring an outdoor kitchenette, Roku Smart TV, Wii gaming system with games, and a dartboard. The fully fenced backyard includes a large sandbox where children can play while adults relax and enjoy the coastal atmosphere.

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Jamakin' Dream! The house was amazing, and we felt safe, comfortable, and right at home throughout our visit. The beds were very comfortable, and the home made it easy to relax and enjoy our time in Rockport. The only small issue was that we couldn't find the welcome book with the checkout instructions, so we followed the usual checkout procedures as best we could. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this home to anyone visiting Rockport.

This place is an ideal place for families with children, from the kid room to the outdoor fully fenced backyard. My kids had an amazing time and there was so much entertainment in the home from board games to outdoor games in the outdoor garage area. Check in was smooth and the host was responsive when I requested a later check out. I had the best time and plan to return. Also beach and eating places being very close by was amazing.
This beach home is ADORABLE! So clean and comfy. The decor and flow of the house are great. Basically, there are two masters set off from the main hub of the house (the kitchen, living, and dining). The house is well stocked, great technology with easy set up for streaming TV, etc. While it is not on the water/canals, it does have views of the water and the beach and downtown are very close. You're right on the island of Key Allegro. We will definitely book this home again!
I'm glad to have found this property. It's staying on my list of favorites. All of the bedrooms were perfect. I love that the kitchen is open to the dining and living area. There is a front and back deck and we enjoyed both equally. The decor was spot on it was really fun discovering all the little thoughtful touches around the space. I have to say that this is the first time I have stayed at a property where they had absolutely everything I needed and everything I expected. So close to the water and a cute little community and just a hop in a skip to dining and entertainment. I really can't wait to go back! It went above and beyond.
